Cancellation policy: 48 hrs notice

Please Note: If you wish to dine with us, we recommend you reserve your table to avoid disappointment.

Standard prices quoted do not include extra beds or cots.

Extra beds/ Z beds are £15 per night

Cots are £10 per stay, fitted sheet and mattress protector provided, please bring appropriate top cover for your baby.

By securing your booking with a credit or debit card you agree that payments due for all charges relating to any booking made will be taken on cards held securely and encrypted within our booking system.

Payment for your room and any extras due must be made in full no later than the time of your arrival and can be taken within 48 hours of arrival. We do not accept cash or cheques.

You are not permitted to transfer your reservation without approval from The Woodcote.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to circumstances outside our control including but not limited to failure of power and/or water supply, health & safety issues, fire, flooding, disease outbreaks, emergency evacuations and government restrictions. The Woodcote Hotel will not take responsibility for any failure to perform in these cases.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund or compensation for the following reasons:

• Any threats or abuse toward our team before, during or after your stay

• For smoking inside any rooms or common areas indoors along with charging £100 cleaning fee

• Engage in unlawful activities during your stay to include taking any illegal substances

• Cause any hazard to health and safety to any team member or other guests

• Bringing any potentially dangerous or hazardous materials or equipment to the property

• For tampering with any fire/heat/smoke alarms or emergency equipment

• For preventing housekeeping from accessing your room at least once every two days

• Damage, destroy or remove any hotel property with additional charges for replacing/ repairing Minimum £100

• Use any of the technology provided by the hotel to download or access any unlawful or obscene materials

• Cause unreasonable disturbance to other guests

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately and expel you from the premises, restrict access, remove your items from the hotel, refuse any future reservations and retain all funds paid by you or charge you for the full amount of your reservation should any of the above breaches occur.
